 He has obtained his bachelor's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Law & Political Science Faculty of Kabul University.He is lecturer of Current Strategic & Military Affairs at Mashal University, Kabul.

Zirak writes on war-peace issues, Strategic and Military Affairs, and global Security Issues.
Including Politics in the Developing World, he is the translator of more than 23 published and unpublished books.
