Zia-ul-Islam Shirani publishes the Kubha Journal at the Kubha Dialogue.
 He previously worked at the Strategic and Regional Studies Center as researcher. He graduated from Pashto Language and literature faculty and earned MA from the Kabul University. He is alsoa member of the AcademicBoard of the Faculty.

Shirani covered several social and political issues during his time as a researcher at the Strategic and Regional Studies Center.
“The Philosophy of Postmodernism” is his new published book, which has a comprehensive narrative of Postmodernism philosophy.
