Nazeer Ahmad Sahaar is the founder and Director General of Kubha Dialogue.

Before joining Kubha Dialogue, he served as Broadcasting Director and Editor-in-Chief at Kabul News TV. Sahaar's work has been featured in Pajhwok Afghan News, Tolo and Lemar TV, Killid Group, Government Media and Information Center, and other Media outlets.

He is a graduate of the Kabul University,faculty of Journalism.
Sahaar conducts his own research on topics such as new media, media management, insurgent groups,peace and war, security and the both sides of Durand Line.
He has published eight books, five of which are about media and Journalism, including News Writing, TV Journalism, online Journalism and Reporting. Waziristan: the last stand is his famous research on the geopolitical and geostrategic importance of Waziristan and FATA.
